Fort Wayne Better Business Bureau Draws Criticism

Why is it legal for the BBB to rate a company with a perfect track record lower just because a company is not a member who gives them $500 a year? Top rating for a company that is not a member is A+...non-member= A only...this should be illegal.

I would like to head up or be a part of a class action lawsuit to stop them from twisting company's arms to join by rating them 4 points lower for not being a member.
